My name is Kat Lennox, and I am a depth-oriented, Toltec-trained certified energy therapist and counselor facilitating transformation, Kundalini activation / unfolding, life and relationship shifts.
Honesty, grit, grief and joy can and do coexist in an authentic and evolving life.
I work with individuals and couples, groups and gaggles on navigating change, renewal, embracing life’s fragile and outrageous horror & beauty, and actualizing their highest joy and vitality in the midst of it all. With a 15+ year background in Kundalini awakening, spiritual counseling, yoga + modern tantra, I bring together my lived experience as a western-born tantric together with my love of and immersion into holistic health and direct, initiatory rites of passage.
